We work hard to get your order packed and out the door as quickly as possible. Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Please note this is our processing time and does not include carrier transit time.
If there is any delay in processing your order from our store, we will reach out as soon as possible. Once your package is in transit, delivery timing is determined by the carrier and may be affected by delays outside of our control.
Free shipping is available on orders over $100, with the exception of items weighing 5 lbs or more and oversized products, including but not limited to packs, tents, outdoor furniture, skate items, and paddles.
If you need your order to arrive within 1–3 business days, we strongly recommend selecting expedited shipping at checkout.
Please note: while USPS Priority Mail is typically estimated at 2–3 business days, we are currently seeing many Priority shipments arrive closer to 4–5 business days in transit.
Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with one of our products, please let us know. We are happy to offer a replacement, exchange, or refund within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in new condition with original tags and packaging.
Please note that used, worn, damaged, or final sale items may not be eligible for return or exchange.
